As a Lead R&D Engineer, you will be reporting to the Technical Director whilst being influential in the company strategy and showing leadership qualities to ensure the company goals are achieved. Your background in mechanical engineering will allow you to effectively design mechanical solutions for new product introduction. If you pride yourself on your high quality of work and attention to detail then this is the role for you.

To be the successful Lead R&D Engineer, you need to demonstrate:

• Knowledge and understanding of: FMEAs, ISO Standards, DFM Processes
• BA Hons in Mechanical Engineering or similar engineering with minimum 2:1 Classification
• Experience/exposure to working with fluids
