I am currently working with a Leeds based Digital agency. This agency have grown from strength to strength in the recent years. They are based in the outskirts of Leeds (North Leeds) and are founded by two Directors that come with a wealth of agency and digital knowledge.

About the company...

A digital first agency spanning across PPC, Paid Social and Website Traffic Infrastructure. They are full service in the digital marketing world and offer full digital design - from web build to web redesign.

Their case studies have awarded them a lot of work in the automotive space but they also have clients across finance, food and drink, sporting apparel and childcare.

Their impressive portfolio boasts huge successes with some household names and as such, they have received a lot of inbound clients wanting to utilise them for marketing support. Their team have organically grown in the recent years, with the agency founders looking to add an additional 2/3 headcount into the agency by the end of the year.

The importance is really on ensuring that the people they employee are never over-worked. Its something that they care passionately about and believe their work is delivered to a higher standard if they work together as a team to strive towards functional flexibility.

About the role...

The role for the Paid Social Manager will sit and work very closely with the Directors. Aside from that, you will be working closely with other members of the team in separate silo's to ensure that the delivery of projects is interlinked.

You will have full account management responsibility of clients that currently have a Paid Social budget but will be given the autonomy to assess and educate other clients on the benefits of using Paid Social as part of their marketing strategy. As such, you will be responsible for end-to-end campaign support from brief taking, brain storming and activation.

In some instances, freelancers and other members of the team will help in the content creation piece but a solid background in being creative and getting involved in the content creation would work well. You won't be expected to put together and design the content but there will be instances where you will brief in a creative body to align with the TOV for the campaign.

As it stands, there is a lot of work across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram but ideally, somebody who also has fresh knowledge on platforms such as TikTok would be a huge advantage.

About you...

You will be passionate about Paid Social and the benefits it has on a marketing campaign. So much so, you will understand what works and what doesn't in certain markets. You will also be on top of trends and often implement these where you know it will generate success.

You may be in a Senior Paid Social Manager position in a larger, integrated agency and want to have more autonomy or a Paid Social Manager position but looking to further your career.

Due to the plans for the business in the next few years, my client is looking for somebody who is driven enough to be able to voice their opinions on the direction of Paid Social for the agency.

You will pride yourself on your hard work and boast the successes that you have reaped off the back of this. You will constantly be looking for ways to be involved in winning and securing Tier 1 clients.

Although not necessary, having some knowledge on SEO and PPC and how they work as separate digital channels, as well as how they compliment Paid Social, would be a benefit.

Please note, this role is not City Centre based. There is onsite parking and they offer hybrid working of 3 days in office, 2 from home. Please ensure you can commit to this working pattern and working location.
