Role - Residential Paralegal

Location - Northampton (hybrid)

Salary - Up to 27K

We are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join our team and deliver a high-quality and comprehensive conveyancing service with a strong customer service focus. As part of our established team, you will bring prior experience and knowledge of the entire conveyancing process, including post-completion work. Familiarity with the roles of support teams, such as New Business and Accounts, is essential.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare draft contract packages, all searches, exchange and completion letters.
• To progress the administration of transactions proactively with all key stakeholders in the process.
• Keeping task reports up to date daily.
• To ensure that the case management system is kept in an orderly manner and up to date.
• Deal with client queries.
• Attend to any office administration requested such as dealing with post, filing, file closures and distributing faxes.
• Competently draft non-standard non-technical correspondence.
• Reviewing and dealing with additional enquiries.
