Service Designer - Identity & Access Management (IAM), GDS
Contract - 6 months
London - Hybrid
£550 - £700 per day (inside IR35)
Our customer is taking a business-first approach to IAM and is now looking for a Service Designer to map and develop the end-to-end journey for the 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' solutions for both business and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design concept journeys, blueprints, and roadmaps.
- Facilitate workshops with SMEs to map out end-to-end, front-to-back events at the intersection of technology, business and design.
- Shape how processes and support functions interact and how these impact the design process.
- Analyse, consolidate and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Create, manage and maintain Service Design documentation, ensuring delivery to industry standard.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in Service Design. Evidenced expertise with a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to drive business outcomes through innovative design solutions.
- Experience working within the Government Digital Service (GDS) environment.
- Experience of working on IAM projects
- Experience using service design principles and methods including user research, customer journey mapping, service blueprints and facilitating workshops.
- Evidence of managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience in matrix-managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience working on data and digital products and services.
