• Plan, execute, and manage the entire project lifecycle with a focus on stakeholder collaboration, cost control, and quality delivery. ??
• Use your strategic skills to ensure project success while balancing time, resources, and business benefits.
• Innovate financial strategies by leveraging creative cost models and forecasting to maximize return on investment. ??
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define success, measure impact, and ensure smooth change management. ??
• Lead and motivate a high-performing team, building skills through coaching and team development. ??
• Establish effective governance and decision-making structures to ensure project goals are met. ??

• A 4-year degree in IT or related fields ??
• Solid experience with Agile frameworks and leading Agile projects.
• A track record of educating stakeholders and managing projects through Agile methodologies.
• Agile certifications are a plus! ??
