About you and the role
As the Social Media & Content Executive, you’ll develop and execute initiatives to enhance brand visibility, reputation, and engagement. You will have a strong background in creative film and photography production, a hands-on approach, and a passion for creating content that will elevate the brand, grow our audiences, and foster a strong online community.
Strategy
Working with your line manager, together with the Creative and Marketing Directors, you will create, refine and execute, a seasonal Social Media strategy that aligns to the marketing calendar.
Content Creations
- You will be responsible for creating a compelling and engaging Social Media marketing plan that will grow followers and user engagement.
- From ideation to filming, editing, delivery and reporting – you will own content creation for our social media channels.
- You will maximize all opportunities from across the business, UGC and our partners to develop engaging social media content.
Social Media Management
- You will be responsible for collating and maximizing the potential of User Generated Content.
- Scheduling all social media posts.
- Responsible for routine social media reporting
- Management of the Creative Director’s Instagram persona – reporting, and replying to DMs as necessary.
- Proactive Community Management – ensuring that the brand engages and maximises opportunities across our social media platforms to foster a strong online community.
Shoot & Content Production
- You will manage the Content Critical Path.
- Support the Ecom team by maintaining the Cefinn Blog, ensuring content is updated, relevant and aligned to the marketing calendar.
- Manage Video uploads on Cefinn.com and YouTube.
- Assist the Creative Director by managing the booking and logistics for all creative shoots, (including shortlisting model selections, hair and make-up artists, photographers, locations, organising stock/samples, props and issuing of call sheets). This may include driving to and from photoshoots within London, and across the UK.
- Manage Cut-Out shoots.
- Manage Retouching and Colour Matching process.
Budget and Reporting
- Manage the Content Budget.
- Negotiate rates for all video and still shoot bookings – including locations, studios, photographers, models, HMU, backgrounds and props, travel, hotels, food, couriers.
- Analyse and document metrics of all activity.
- Create and distribute Weekly and Monthly Reporting.
Support
- Assist the Creative Director as required.
- Assist the marketing team with content and photo related requests.
- Assist broader business as required (including supporting at Sample Sales, Events and Trunk Shows).
About You
To be successful, you will:
- You’ll have strong creative experience in film and photography – with strong storytelling skills, and experience in producing and editing videos.
- You’ll proactively seek out and maximize content opportunities.
- Proven track record in successfully delivering social media strategies and campaigns.
- You will have strong copywriting skills.
- Previous experience in brand, retail, events marketing, tourism, or luxury goods sectors, with strong storytelling skills.
- Experience in budget management, and use of Excel.
- Proficiency in photography, videography, image and video editing software such as Adobe, Canva or similar.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques.
- Experience of project management.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- A hands-on approach, happy to help moving product, props and models around as required. Together with the flexibility to work out of core hours (should the business need arise).
