JOB ROLE
- Lead and expand the clinical laboratory team, overseeing daily operations.
- Manage customer interactions, running multiple client projects.
- Collaborate with Heads of R&D, Manufacturing, and Regulatory to validate new assays in the clinical lab.
- Contribute to the company’s strategic direction as a key member of the Senior Management Team.
ABOUT YOU
- MD/PhD in a relevant field.
- Significant experience managing a clinical laboratory and overseeing high complexity testing.
- Certified by an HHS-approved board.
- Strong background in cancer biology and experience working with ISO 15189 standards.
