Nursery Deputy Manager

We are looking for a passionate Nursery Deputy Manager to join our incredible, well-established, bilingual Montessori setting with 60 children catering for 0-5years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support nursery manager and lead the team of early year educators.
• Guide staff development and promote the highest standards of care.
• Implement Montessori methods in daily activities.
• Ensure OFSTED compliance and effective communication with parents.

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or higher (Montessori experience is a plus).
• Experience of leading and managing a team.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
