Position Overview:
As a Senior Industrial Consultant, you will leverage your 360-recruitment experience to manage your own recruitment desk. Based in the Northampton office (with on-site parking available), you’ll develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored recruitment solutions and fabulous service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes for the Industrial and Driving sectors, overseeing everything from client engagement to candidate placement
- Efficiently fill temporary and temp-to-perm positions
- Meet and exceed targets by winning new clients and successfully filling their roles
- Collaborate with a high-achieving team to develop strategies and drive success
- Continuously enhance your skills and industry knowledge through ongoing training and development
