Salary Range: £26,000 - £28,000 + 5% pension, 32 days holidays (including statutory holidays)

Job Overview:
They seek a proactive and organised Marketing Assistant to join their team and assist their Digital Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will assist with various marketing tasks, including content management, website updates, case study execution, email campaigns, social media, and more. You ll play a key role in maintaining their online presence and supporting cross-channel marketing campaigns for the UK and Ireland.
Responsibilities:
Website Content Management:
- Collaborate with the internal team to maintain, create and update website content, ensuring that blogs, testimonials, logos, service pages, and figures are accurate and current.
- Ensure current eBooks are revised with new legislative changes and coordinate the creation of new industry-specific eBooks.
- Research and update new grants on the websites, including Innovate UK and regional funding opportunities.
- Maintain and execute a content calendar for consistent blog updates across websites.
Case Study Management:
- Develop and maintain case studies highlighting successes across regions.
- Assist in setting up and executing case studies by coordinating with clients and internal teams.
Blog and Social Media Management:
- Manage blog updates across all sites, coordinating with internal teams for content.
- Scheduling content for social media posts and monitoring engagement.
Digital PR Outreach:
- Assist in digital PR efforts by contacting relevant publications and organisations.
Email Marketing:
- Create and manage localised email campaigns for the UK, Ireland and France.
- Regularly clean and update email lists to maintain quality contacts.
Other Responsibilities:
- Test and maintain the functionality of website calculators.
- Organise and support webinars and promotional events hosted by the company.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to help execute marketing tasks for the company.
- Gather and manage client reviews and testimonials to improve online reputation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar Marketing role.
- Proficient with CMS platforms, email marketing tools and social media management.
- Strong research, analysis and data entry skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
