Health & Safety Auditor – Tour Operator. We are seeking an Auditor for our Tour Operator Supply Chain team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and assessing self-assessment checklists from accommodation and travel suppliers, using our online Portal auditing system or conducting physical inspections when required.
Health & Safety Auditor – Responsibilities
- Review and manage supplier self assessment checklists for accommodations, DMCs, transport, and activity providers.
- Address nonconformities through communication with providers via email or video calls.
- Collaborate with auditors and operations teams to ensure smooth audit processes.
- Conduct onsite inspections in the UK and overseas, as needed.
- Support client relationships by handling inquiries and maintaining strong connections.
- Provide input to enhance Portal systems and contribute to strategic planning.
- Assist with general operational and administrative tasks.
Health & Safety Auditor – Skills & Experience
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in the travel industry, risk management, or auditing, particularly related to accommodation or safety standards.
- Ability to work remotely and manage workload effectively.
- Risk management or safety qualifications.
- Travel industry related qualifications.
- Foreign language skills.
