Are you ready to take the lead on transformative highway and civil engineering projects? As our D&C Project Manager, you'll oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
Lead and Deliver Projects: Manage and deliver traffic engineering and highway improvement schemes.
Client Interaction: Receive and respond to client briefs with precision and professionalism.
Project Management: Handle pricing, scheduling, Health and Safety, finances, quality control, and technical approvals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and third parties, ensuring seamless communication.
Contract Administration: Prepare and manage site documents and contractual administration.
Quality Assurance: Conduct routine audits, inspections, and ensure site completion and sign-off.
Representation: Stand in for the Design and Construction Manager at key meetings.
Team Motivation: Foster a positive work environment and motivate your team.
Technical Support: Provide practical solutions to challenges during construction.
