The Opportunity

A well-renowned digital first talent agency are on the lookout for an organized and well-connected Talent Manager to join their London team. You will look after a roster of creator talent (along with some broadcast figures too!) assisting with their day-to-day management and also helping them to explore new partnerships & revenue streams.

The Job

• Manage a roster of social media creators/ digital talent
• Confidently negotiate partnerships deals and contracts
• Respond to all incoming enquiries regarding talent
• Pitch your impressive roster to PR agencies and brands, helping to establish and nurture successful partnerships and collaborations
• Build opportunities for the digital-first talent in the entertainment space
• Identify, liaise and bring new talent onboard
• 2+ years of experience within a talent management/influencer marketing agency is essential
