Commercial Account Manager

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with Account Executives to retain and generate new business, manage contract reviews, and handle midterm changes
- Build your own pipeline and clientele.
- Aiming to achieve targets in partnership with Account Executives.
- Providing comprehensive account management and service delivery, ensuring client needs are met according to agreed standards.
- Handling all queries, renewals, amendments, and mid-term adjustments efficiently.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, prospects, and team members to deliver superior service and drive growth.
- Serving as a direct contact for clients, addressing their needs and answering inquiries to enhance client satisfaction.
What You Need to Have:
- Essential experience in Commercial Insurance sector
- An ambitious nature and a strong team player.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
