Statement of Work Summary: What does the project work to achieve?

To provide onshore on site Commissioning technical assistance to our client for the pre-commissioning, loading of Media and preservation of the Multi Media Filters associated with the Prosperity FPSO. The work shall be performed at the Keppel Tuas yard in Singapore.

Role and responsibilities are to manage on site commissioning activities and perform the necessary scope of work to achieve our clients planned scope of work as directed relating to the supplied equipment. Responsibility to manage all technical queries regarding the commissioning activities taking place onboard until the targeted scope of work is achieved and the client ends the commissioning support contract.

Scope of Work

What does the project entail? What are the delivery methods?

Travel to Singapore where they will stay in a pre-arranged Hotel. Transport daily between Hotel and site will be arranged by the contractor. Our client, SBM, has arranged for site access and the necessary inductions of the contractor. Once on they will liaise and report directly to the client on all technical commissioning and safety matters. Work pattern shall be 6 days per week (Mon - Sat) working 10 hour days.

Any OT requested by the client (SBM) will be approved prior to commencing. The contractor will be responsible for site management of commissioning activities and guiding our client on the commissioning of the Veolia supplied equipment.

The contractor will be responsible for providing site daily reports to us and our client and resolving any site technical queries/problems.

Contract completion will be on the client set demobilisation date (10th July) and during that time the contractor must ensure satisfactory close out/resolution of all open technical queries. Possible extension due to client delays, as it is the client that controls the schedule, will be agreed prior to extending.

DESCRIPTION

Morning meeting with clients to plan in the scope of work and carry our safety reviews/risk assessments.

Lead on site commissioning activities relating to Veolia supplied plant. Pre-Commissioning, Loading of Media and preservation of Multi Media Filters.

Provide reports and documents all procedures/actions performed in relation to commissioning activities. These shall be submitted to the client and to project team.

Regular call with PM to update and ensure site activities, procedures are aligned.

Manage client personnel on site in performing the activities.
