Job Summary
As a Game UI Designer at Tain, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other UX/UI Designers, to create seamless and engaging user experiences. Your designs will not only be aesthetically pleasing but will also prioritise user satisfaction and usability.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualise, design, and assist with implementing highly engaging and intuitive user interface and user experience solutions
- Work closely with the product team including developers, product managers, business analysts, and other relevant stakeholders to produce high quality UI for gaming products and events
- Participate in design reviews, team meetings, and brainstorming sessions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing
- Push visual and interaction design forward and help maintain design cohesion
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes
- Work closely with the development team to ensure successful implementation of designs
Requirements
- At least 3 years of working experience in UI/digital design for web applications especially in gaming or iGaming industry
- Experience in animation, video editing, and photo retouching
- Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving skills, passion, and meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to perform well within tight deadlines
- A clear understanding of usability, user-centred design, and web standards
- Solid knowledge of Figma
- Proficiency with Adobe Suite tools, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
- Proficiency in verbal and written Chinese
Nice to Have
- Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Knowledge of After Effects
