Why do we need you?
We’re looking for an IVA Drafter to join our Insolvency Pre-Appointment Team to support customers through the journey of setting up an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) where this is the best solution for the customer to meet their goal of becoming debt free.

What do we need you to do?
- Capture a comprehensive assessment of each consumer’s circumstances, following scripted guidance to ensure compliant discussion around IVA and other applicable debt solutions.
- Ensure the most appropriate course of action is explained fully to the customer, resolving any queries they may have, supporting them in making an informed decision.
- Draft IVA legal paperwork following the completion of a SIP3 call, making sure all documentation requirements are met for presentation of the case to the creditors.
- Keep customers informed at each stage of the process, ensuring proactive contact to keep progression within agreed timescales.
- Keep all notes, actions, and tasks up to date to ensure the best possible customer experience.
What skills and experience do we need you to have?
- Experience working within financial services, preferably within debt management or insolvency.
- Ability to work effectively with others and communicate effectively through excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and organised with the ability to prioritise and manage own workloads.
- Ability to work towards strict targets and deadlines whilst maintaining quality and accuracy in your work.
- Possesses a positive and professional approach with self-motivation and desire to achieve.
