Risk and Compliance Manager

Exciting opportunity for an ambitious Risk and Compliance Manager to join this fast moving, rapidly growing Financial Services business. Previous experience in a similar role within a FCA regulated business is essential.

Overview of the role:

Implement and enhance appropriate risk-based oversight and due diligence to ensure fair customer outcomes, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.

Support the Head of Enterprise and Portfolio Risk to deliver the firms Enterprise Risk Management Framework, reporting and managing business risks in line with risk appetite.

Provide support to the delivery of the second line of defence compliance monitoring plan.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver the companies supplier/servicers Compliance Monitoring Plan, ensuring agility to re prioritise the plan to support business needs.

Work with the operations team to drive actions to mitigate risk and evidence remediation actions.

Provide support to the review and developing company process and policies.

Support team members by engaging/mentoring to share knowledge and provide guidance.

Support business growth by knowledge share.

Experience Required:

Experience of working in a similar Financial Services environment is essential.

Experience of working in a relevant, Risk and Compliance role at a senior level within a regulated environment.

Strong experience in the preparation and presentation of Management Information.
