CNC / Manual Machinists

06:00 to 16:00 & 12:00 to 22:00

We are looking for both CNC and Manual machinists
Main duties -
- Set and operate manual and CNC machines to manufacture components to technical specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect components produced on the cell to the required quality proceduresm using conventional measuring techniques.
- Carry out basic maintenance on machine and tools in accordance with TPM programme and machine manuals.
- Deburring of components to required standard is completed within machine cycle.

Characteristics & Skills
- Machine shop experience with the ability to work to technical drawings & specifications.
- Experience of operating/programming CNC machines and tool setting, deburring, milling & turning.
- Experience of being able to inspect components in accordance with quality procedures and standards.
