POSITION: Head of Marketing
LOCATION: Dhaka, Bangladesh
MONTHLY SALARY: 6000 USD - 7000 USD + vehicle + fuel and other benefits
OVERVIEW: The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth and profitability for our apparel brand, with a particular focus on denim products. This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in apparel marketing and a proven track record in managing client accounts and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the company's market presence and expanding its customer base.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
- Oversee all marketing activities, including market research, advertising campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
- Coordinate with other departments, including sales and production, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Ensure the effective allocation of marketing budgets and resources.
PRE - REQUISITES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Textile, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in apparel merchandising/marketing, with a strong focus on denim products.
- British, Spanish or Bangladeshi nationality is required.
