Role: Contracts Manager - Roofing

Our client is an already successfully but growing contractors delivering projects across Hampshire and the South now seeking a Contracts Manager. Their team are highly skilled in all Roofing and building disciplines and have an excellent reputation for executing high quality projects on time, defect free and safely.
Contracts Manager (Roofing) Responsibilities:
- Meeting potential clients and managing their expectations
- The first point of contact for clients and sub-contractors once a site is live
- Oversee projects from the start through to completion
- Ensuring that work completed on time and within budget, and to the highest quality
- Managing and production of all aspects of Health & Safety, including - preparing site files, RAMS, Construction phase plans
- Management of directly employed staff and sub-contractors organising labour, materials and plant requirements for each project
Contracts Manager (Roofing) Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering flat roofing contractswithin theroofing industry
- Strong knowledge flat roofing systems
- Proven track record of successfully managing project simultaneously
- Strong client management skills,
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
