About Our Client:
Our client is a prestigious members club designed specifically for women in leadership positions who aspire to become board members. With a focus on continuous learning and development, they provide coaching sessions, peer learning, workshops, and networking opportunities. Members include CEOs, C-Level executives, VPs, and aspiring directors.
As the Head of Partnerships, you will play a key role in building a new business unit. Your main objective will be to increase the number of members appointed to boards by identifying and onboarding new clients for their board search services.
Salary: £60,000 + commission (exceeding KPI's by 10%)
Location: Oxford Circus, London - Hybrid working
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach companies, partners, and executive search firms to onboard as new clients for board search services
- Meet and discuss board opportunities sourced through The Boardroom with members
- Ensure members' documents reflect market needs for board opportunities
- Interview, coach, and provide feedback to members to enhance their board candidacy
- Provide board CV and interview preparation sessions to members
- Identify and interview potential new members
- Run end-to-end executive searches for ExCo and board opportunities
Experience Required:
- Experienced executive search professional with focus on ExCo and Board roles
- Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
- Prior fee-earning experience at a reputable executive search firm (SHREK)
- Exceptional people skills and a passion for building partnerships
- Strong communication and influencing ability, specifically with senior stakeholders
- Positive and energetic personality with a customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and meet specific KPIs
- Adaptable start-up mindset
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Onboard at least three new corporate members
- Bring at least one ExCo and three board opportunities to The Boardroom's community
- Recruit at least one new member
