We are looking for a highly driven and goal-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for converting inbound leads as well as proactively reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales through phone calls, emails, and other digital communication methods.
About The Role
- Effectively communicate the value proposition
- Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored product demo to potential customers
- Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns to qualify and convert them into sales
- Possess a comprehensive understanding the solution and connect this knowledge directly to customer ROI
- Empower our customers to connect their goals and challenges with the platform
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in Hubspot
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and lead conversion metrics
- Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to adapt sales strategies accordingly
- The successful candidate should be prepared to occasionally conduct product demos during US working hours to accommodate international clients.
Your Experience & Skills
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- 2+ years B2B SaaS sales experience
- Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with c-suite executives
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in outbound prospecting – is a plus, not essential
- Industry knowledge in Financial Services, Accounting and Legal – is a plus, not essential
