Customer Service Administrator Overview

As a key team member, you will ensure smooth service operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves scheduling service and repair jobs, managing customer interactions, and supporting the engineering team. You will liaise with customers, contractors, and ensure compliance with regulations, primarily through phone-based communication.

Customer Service Administrator Requirements

• Proven administrative experience, ideally in the gas heating sector.
• Strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in IT, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in handling contracts, invoicing, and service coordination.

Customer Service Administrator Remuneration

• Salary 25,000 DOE
• Onsite parking
• Monday to Friday - 37.5-hour week
• Full package to be discussed at interview
