- Supporting financial decision-making processes through rigorous analysis and reporting.
- Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and manage cost drivers.

- Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

Profile
A successful Junior Finance Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
