My client have a freelance role W/C 07/10 on A CATB Commercial fit out in Telford and are looking for a Site manager to run project. works include: Full refurbishment including Drylining, Carpets, Electrics, Skirting etc.

Certs Required:

CSCS Black, White or Gold, SMSTS, 1st aid, Asbestos awareness, Fire marshall (Preferred)

Job role includes:

• Being client facing
• Eyes and ears of contractor
• Knowledge Of high spec Office fit out (CAT B)
• Weekly reports
• Managing subbies
• Pushing project
• Reading drawings
• Time management / Budget management

Start: 07/10

Length: 10 weeks

Shift: 07:30 - 16:30

Rate: 250.00
