This role will suit an experienced Sous Chef who is looking for a fantastic work/life balance, whilst working with fresh food in a catering setting.

Package

• 29,640 per annum
• All overtime paid at 15.20 per hour
• 37.5 hour week

What's involved?
As a Sous Chef, you will be involved in service within a staff restaurant, catering for breakfast lunch & dinner. You will work within a large brigade, producing a range of fresh, healthy meals for a large number of covers each day.

You will be responsible for running the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence and will have duties including but limited to stock and ordering, running the pass and coaching the rest of the kitchen team to ensure the team functions well.

Shift patterns range between 5am - 6pm on a rota basis
