Our client, a leading British Grain Merchant, is seeking a motivated Farm Business Manager to join their team in Lincolnshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is already within Farm Trading to grow and progress their career.

Position Overview

As a Farm Business Manager, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with farmers and customers, delivering exceptional service and value through a deep understanding of their unique needs. You will contribute to the business strategy of industry-leading grain supply, marketing, and trading activities.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with farmers and customers
• Contribute to industry-leading grain supply and marketing strategies
• Give comprehensive inputs supply offerings to farmers
• Assist in efficient and customer-focused grain trading activities

Requirements

• Background within Farm Trading / Agricultural Sales
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• FACTS qualified
• Hardworking and self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Confident and able to work independently and collaboratively
