Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Timetable Management: Creating and overseeing daily schedules to ensure teaching assistants are efficiently deployed where needed.
• Student Support: Working alongside teachers to help students with a range of learning needs, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Progress Monitoring: Assessing student progress, identifying areas of improvement, and helping implement strategies to boost student achievement.

Qualifications:
