Join my clients team on one of their large, commercial sites in East London.

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

40,000 -m 41,000+ overtime

Large commercial site in Stratford

Progression + further training

Responsibilities:

• Plumbing maintenance (flush valves, fill valves, pan connectors)
• PPM's
• Reactive maintenance
• Tap temperatures
• Filter changes
• General electrical maintenance
• Fire alarms
• Emergency lighting
• Legionella
• PPM planning

Requirements:

• NVQ level 2 or 3 in a mechanical field - Plumbing preferred
