The Role
As a Client Engagement Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in connecting with clients and ensuring their needs are met. Your responsibilities will include:

• Promoting the branch through engaging conversations that enhance its reputation.
• Handling client queries and resolving complaints to build strong, lasting relationships.
• Keeping client information up-to-date and accurate in the database.

 
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone with a passion for customer service and relationship-building. If you’re organised, a great communicator, and ready to make an impact, this role could be ideal for you. Key qualities include:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport easily.
• A positive, solution-focused mindset.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

 
Experience in a call centre or sales environment is a plus, but most important is your drive to succeed in a client-facing role.
