Creative Lead

Creative Lead – Consultancy - up to £65k + bonus and profit share (hybrid - min 2 days Guildford office, 3 wfh)

They are currently at an exciting point of growth, with plans to build on their success and develop three further brands in 2025, including a new creative agency, so are looking for an entrepreneurial, ambitious and ideas driven Creative Lead to join their thriving organisation.

As Creative Lead, you will be managing a driven, talented team, taking their brands from good to amazing! You will be responsible for establishing best practice with design and experiential work, developing creative strategy, building exciting and cohesive pitches for client meetings, offering a unique agency service within the business as well as for clients.

It’s a fantastic role, reporting into their inspirational and supportive Marketing Director, where you will be a guardian to the brand identity and play a key role in their future success. What do I need?

• Extensive experience working with brands within experiential, social media, brand activations
• Creative, strategic thinker who is bursting with ideas
• Ready to take initiative and jump into new projects
• Hands-on team player who can work to strict deadlines
• Excellent communicator with great client management skills
• Proficient user of InDesign and Illustrator
• Line management and leadership skills
• Presentation skills, a confident, engaging speaker who can explain/sell ideas clearly
• A keen interest in current trends within marketing, advertising, experiential and design
