Director RWE

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director in Real-World Evidence (RWE) with a specialization in Oncology . The ideal candidate will be a seasoned industry professional with a proven track record of designing and implementing RWE strategies within the pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of RWE plans and studies throughout all stages of product development, from pre-clinical to post-marketing phases with a focus on Oncology.
- Apply innovative epidemiological designs and methodologies to generate robust real-world evidence supporting product development and regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of RWE initiatives with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between the R&D team and regulatory agencies, particularly the EMA and FDA, providing expertise and guidance on RWE-related matters.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory guidelines, and emerging methodologies in epidemiology and RWE to continuously enhance the company's capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in RWE, with a focus on Oncology within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing RWE strategies for development programs, including the application of innovative designs and methodologies.
- Ability to adapt quickly to the evolving landscape of RWE and epidemiological research, particularly in the context of a highly innovative product pipeline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
