Overview:
As a Sales Progressor, you will support our offices in managing the property journey, with a focus on the post-sale agreed phase. Your role will be crucial in ensuring effective progression of sales and keeping buyers and sellers well-informed.

Meetings:
Attend pre-arranged onsite and Teams meetings, presenting relevant information. You'll also participate in weekly pipeline meetings, bi-weekly group exchange meetings, and company meetings, with initial regular support meetings to aid your transition.

Control of Sale:
Manage sales from offer acceptance to exchange of contracts, ensuring buyers and sellers instruct their lawyers and apply for mortgages promptly. Monitor progress, assist as needed, and report useful information. Handle renegotiations and withdrawals, maintaining accurate records. Your performance will be measured by the percentage of pipeline exchanges.

Open Chain Vendors and Open Chain Above:
Aid and assist OPC vendors in finding properties within our network, maintaining regular contact and updating buyers and the chain below. Register and service all OPC vendors or OPC above as applicants.

Reviews:
Focus on achieving 5 reviews from clients, both written and video, to enhance our online reputation and meet office targets.

Initial Offices:
Initially manage an agreed office, extending responsibilities to two offices with a pipeline of (Apply online only) units, ensuring disciplined setup and timely follow-ups.

Bonuses: Based on pipeline exchanges, reviews, board erections, mortgage sign-ups, conveyancing sign-ups, and survey instructions.
