Mechanical CNC Service Engineer

Introduction We are seeking a skilled CNC Field Service Engineer with a mechanical engineering background. This role involves servicing and maintaining a range of machine tool products, diagnosing faults, and carrying out repairs. You will work closely with technical support and customer services to ensure machines operate smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and maintain machine tool products.
• Diagnose and rectify machine faults, including part replacements.

• Perform planned maintenance on machines.
• Identify and order necessary parts via the service/spares department.
