The Role

As a Graduate Stress Engineer, you will be working in a client facing environment in the manufacturing and business aviation domain. You will design and analyse aero-engine components according to customer standards and processes. The role will involve designing documentation and presenting designs in technical meetings. You will go through an initial training about design and standards along with guidance and support available throughout the design life cycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Work in a team environment on design and documentation.
• Prepare documents for design reviews.
• Work on design and documentation of aero-engine components.
• Support requirements gathering.
• Liaise with client and cultivate stakeholder communication.

Your Profile

Key skills/knowledge:

• Understanding of 3D modelling and analysis software such as NX, Catia V5, Hypermesh, ANSYS, Nastran/Patran.
• Understanding of Aerospace and aero engine.
• Good Communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of basic mechanical engineering.
• Good MS Office (Word/Excel/Power Point) and Computer skills.
• Enthusiasm to learn and contribute.
• Ability to be a team player.
