Key Responsibilities:
- IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee and maintain the company’s hardware, software, networks, and servers to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Lead efforts to protect our data and systems by implementing robust security measures and staying up-to-date with industry regulations (GDPR, ISO standards, etc.).
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative, efficient, and innovative work environment.
- Project Management: Lead key IT projects, including system upgrades, software deployments, and cloud migration, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Technical Support: Provide high-level support and troubleshooting for critical IT issues, while continuously improving our helpdesk and support processes.
- Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery: Develop and manage IT continuity plans to safeguard company operations in case of system failures or cyber incidents.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and products while negotiating contracts to secure the best terms.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Experience: 5+ years of IT management experience with a strong understanding of network infrastructure, system administration, and cybersecurity.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (Office 365, Azure, Windows Server), virtualization, cloud platforms, and network security protocols.
- Leadership Skills: Experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing diverse projects, and mentoring staff.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to think strategically and deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
