Administrator - Permanent - Full time - Up to 28,000 per annum - Near Chelmsford
Based between the South Woodham Ferrers and Danbury office, my client are seeking a strong communicator with the ability to prioritise and with proven experience handling travel arrangements, minute taking, arranging meetings and providing full administrative support for senior staff.
Duties to include:
- Diary management
- Handling travel arrangements
- Arranging of and minute taking of teams meetings with some physical meeting attendance required (nationwide so availability of car and licence essential)
- Following up with staff/third parties of previously agreed tasks within timeframes
- Collating of information from the Company group
- Email account handling
- Full administrative support to the team as required
Skills required:
- Excellent MS office required
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple duties at any one time
