Administrator - Permanent - Full time - Up to 28,000 per annum - Near Chelmsford

Based between the South Woodham Ferrers and Danbury office, my client are seeking a strong communicator with the ability to prioritise and with proven experience handling travel arrangements, minute taking, arranging meetings and providing full administrative support for senior staff.

Duties to include:

  • Diary management
  • Handling travel arrangements
  • Arranging of and minute taking of teams meetings with some physical meeting attendance required (nationwide so availability of car and licence essential)
  • Following up with staff/third parties of previously agreed tasks within timeframes
  • Collating of information from the Company group
  • Email account handling
  • Full administrative support to the team as required

Skills required:

  • Excellent MS office required
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple duties at any one time
