Major Players are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Director to join an amazing creative agency based in Surrey. The successful candidate will serve as a crucial link between the creative agency and a leading client in the insurance industry.
In this role, you will split your time between the creative hub in Surrey, the client's central London office, and remote work. Your mission is to ensure flawless collaboration, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver exceptional creative solutions that align with the client's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with senior client stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Spearhead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that align with both the client's business goals and our creative agency's vision.
- Partner closely with our creative team to ensure all deliverables are innovative, on-brand, and adhere to the highest quality standards.
- Utilise your extensive knowledge of the insurance sector to provide strategic insights and guide campaign development.
- Leverage your strong interpersonal abilities to manage expectations, communicate effectively, and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in a senior account management role, preferably within a creative agency or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of the B2B high-risk insurance sector.
- Ability to rapidly build relationships with key stakeholders, particularly the client's Marketing Director and other senior leaders.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and creative problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organisation.
- Proficiency in managing workloads across multiple locations in a hybrid work environment.
