Boden Group are looking for an experienced Legal/Commercial Contracts professional who is open to an excellent opportunity to progress their career within a leading Facilities Management company.
Key responsibilities the Commercial Contracts Advisor will have:
- Support the review of contract terms and conditions for any new business opportunities and contract retenders identifying key commercial risks and preparing a legal summary as part of tender sign-off process.
- Preparation of contract guides and presentations to improve contract awareness and enable operations teams to understand and effectively manage key commercial and contractual risks.
- Understand the contracts, ensuring that the teams properly identify and price variations and create clear persuasive arguments based on cause and effect to achieve proper payment.
- Promote compliance with internal policy & procedures.
Key attributes the Commercial Contracts Advisor will have:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in a legal/business discipline and/or proven experience in a similar legal/commercial role.
- Previous experience of working within a complex total facilities management and or facilities services contracts / Public Sectors.
- Experience of reviewing public sector contracts, including for the Ministry of Defence and Crown Commercial Services Framework is desirable.
- Experience of undertaking legal, commercial & contractual reviews and the preparation of contractual summaries.
