WHO WE NEED

A creative and fast-thinking Producer to help us make first-class content for our motorsport clients. Our company is growing, and we’re looking for someone to help strengthen our delivery to high-profile sports and broadcast partners.

The right person will have:

• Real passion and knowledge for motorsport
• Genuine motorsport experience in a broadcast, rights-holder, agency or team capacity 
• A strong interest in video content & digital storytellling
• Experience managing production staff or leading teams
• Experience leading and delivering client-facing projects
• Experience in short-form & fast-turnaround video
• A journalistic eye with talent for scriptwriting & editorial
• Top organisation & communication skills
• Passion to learn & develop 
• Ability to work on live event schedules on weekends throughout the year
• Ability to travel as required

You’ll receive plenty of direction and feedback, but will need to be able to manage your own time and problem-solve creative and technical challenges as they arise.

We have a hybrid working model, with time every week spent in our office in New Mills, Derbyshire. As we work on live events there will often be times when evening / weekend / overnight work and occasional travel away from home will be required, but we’ll always seek to give you the best opportunities to grow and develop your skills and encourage a healthy work/life balance.

THE ROLE

Job Title: Motorsport Video Producer

Pay: £39,780-£42,000 per annum depending on experience

Contract: 1-year FTC (full-time)
