William Rose Associates are currently partnering with an established investment firm looking for a Transaction Reporting (EMIR and MIFID) Manager to join the business on a 12-month FTC basis.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS | Transaction Reporting (EMIR AND MIFID) Manager (12-month FTC)

• Expertise in EMIR and MiFID II trade and transaction reporting.
• Previous experience supervising or managing a regulatory reporting team.
• Strong knowledge of multiple asset classes including Equity, Fixed Income, FX, Funds, and OTC derivatives.
• Proven ability to train and develop team members and handle BAU (Business as Usual) functions.

This role involves overseeing daily operations within the Regulatory Reporting team, ensuring accurate, diligent, and timely submissions to relevant regulatory bodies. The successful candidate will manage reporting across various asset classes and will work closely with analysts, providing guidance and escalation support where needed. Key responsibilities include oversight of MiFID II, EMIR, and AIFMD reporting, as well as maintaining and refining team procedures. The role also includes regular interaction with senior management, creating management information reports, and ensuring regulatory compliance within a controlled environment.
