Site Manager

I am working alongside a leading civil engineering subcontractor based out of Northern England. My client are looking to onboard a site manager to help deliver a civils and infrastructure project being delivered in the heart of Manchester. The scope of works will include heavy RC works and general civils.

Site manager responsibilities:

• Managing labour & plant.
• Maintaining quality control.
• Record keeping.
• Ensuring health & safety compliance.
• Liaising with the client & subcontractors on site.
• Ordering materials.
• Updating contract programs.

Site manager requirements:

• Right to work in the UK.
• CSCS card - Gold/ Black.
• SMSTS ticket.
• Previous experience with general civils & RC works.
• Full UK driving licence.
