Self-employed Mortgage Advisor - North West

Do you struggle with lead generation or could do with being busier? Do you find the case management process time consuming?

We have an opportunity to join one of the leading North West new build brokerages on a self-employed basis but you will have all leads provided! Our client are able to provide a volume of pre-qualified leads & allow you the time to focus on the advice you offer while they provide a strong level of administration support too.

What you ll bring to the role:

• 18months minimum experience as a Mortgage Advisor
• Ideally some new build experience would be preferable
• Open to some travel involved with the role
• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone & face-to-face
• Customer focused approach to advice
• Driven and hungry to earn

What you ll get:

• All leads provided
• Retainer available for initial few months
• 45% commission split
• £70k OTE
• Hybrid and flexible working (once training is complete)
• Uncapped commission
