Roles & Responsibilities: Looking for 15+ years of experience in Business Development • Account Manager(AM) to handle existing accounts with the focus of bringing growth. • Take primary responsibility for the client and act as internal client owner within assigned accounts. • Manage and grow relationships to drive expansion and renewals across all solutions and services. • Responsible for client solution penetration and education, account monitoring and portfolio reporting, and issue resolution ownership. • Lead the business conversations at C and Leadership -level. • SAM works together with their manager (Client Partner) to build an account plan and is responsible for client management based on the account plan. • For the portfolio of the accounts, the AM need to work with the delivery teams on building a mutual relationship to bring the focus towards highest customer satisfaction index. • Manage the offshore account manager and their accounts as part of the portfolio. • The primary role of the AM to act as a Sales based Account manager with the focus of revenue growth against the existing revenue of the accounts. • Obtain insights into client’s most urgent business problems or business opportunities while linking how our solutions and services offerings can add client business value. • Maintain a high level of the relevant industry, product, and service knowledge to have meaningful conversations and generally stay ahead of trends. • Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build a portfolio, own the opportunity management cycle within those portfolios of accounts: Identify/Quality/Propose/Close. • Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc. • Understanding of software engineering, Testing, Data Analytics and infrastructure and Support.
