Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct recruitment compliance checks, ensuring all documentation and procedures meet industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records for all employees.
- Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks, including the processing of contracts, right-to-work checks, and background screening.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external legal requirements.
- Liaise with internal departments and external clients to manage compliance issues and provide solutions.
- Assist in audits and provide reports as required.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in recruitment compliance or a recruitment background is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
