Rev & Regs are recruiting for a Senior Associate *Corporate* role on behalf of a well-established Law firm.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established senior corporate lawyer to be part of a multi-award winning and growing law firm.
Responsibilities:
- Help manage and grow the corporate workload largely independently
- Lead on M&A transactions
- Provide support to the Commercial team
- Identify and analyse current and emerging legal issues and risk and effectively communicate these to the appropriate levels of the business; be involved in risk mitigation discussions.
Experience Required:
- 4+ Years PQE
- Strong Corporate / M&A experience
- A high performer who thrives in a fast-paced business environment.
- Strong team player with excellent organisational and communication skills; high energy; a desire to learn; and a commitment to the highest ethical standards.
- Ability to exercise sound judgement, be solutions-based, take responsibility and ownership of issues, including taking difficult decisions and providing substantiated arguments and reasoning for your position
- Qualified solicitor, with background from a good corporate & commercial law firm and/or in-house team with experience of corporate transactions.
Location: Remote (Required in their office 1 day per month)
Start: ASAP
Salary - £70,000 - £100,000
