Position: Mobile Carpenter
Location: Birmingham
Salary: 30,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
- General fabric duties including:
- Painting and decorating
- Fire door maintenance
- Carpentry and building services
- Minor mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks
- Assisting with planned and reactive maintenance requirements on-site.
- Mobile role requiring travel to various locations.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Level 2 Carpentry & Joinery qualification
- Experience: Approximately 2 years in a similar role or field
- Strong awareness of health and safety regulations and practices
