Maths Teacher

Prospero Teaching are looking for an enthusiastic and vibrant Maths teacher to join the Maths department of an Ofsted rated "good" secondary school in Wakefield. This position is full time and to start in January.

• Hours - 08:00 - 16:00

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree educated with a good classification, preferably in Mathematics (however, it is not essential that it is Maths related)
• Secondary QTS (PGCE, SCITT, B.Ed, QTS, etc) in Maths
• Previous experience working in a UK school.
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential).
• Up to date Prevent awareness training issued in the last 3 years (essential, again, we can provide the training)

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references
