Senior Project Lead

MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading Manufacturing Business on the search for a Senior Project Lead. This is a perm role based in Scotland.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop a pipeline of appropriate manufacturing/engineering projects.
- Oversee the CAPEX budget to ensure maximum value.
- Lead and involve end users in defining production requirements.
- Create functional design specifications that meet company standards.
- Oversee all health and safety aspects of capital projects.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including milestones, activities, priorities, and financials.
- Ensure compliance with user acceptance test protocols at pre-delivery stages.
- Manage key resources throughout the project lifecycle.
What are we looking for?
- Manufacturing industry experience.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent preferred.
- Proven record in successful delivery of capital projects, Large & Small.
